To be eligible to become a PADS client, you must be at least 16 years old for the service dog program and 18 years old for the hearing dog program. You must also live in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan or Manitoba.The information you provide on this form is confidential and will be used by Pacific Assistance Dogs Society staff only.
